WELCOME to the Fulton County Superior Court’s web site. We have designed this page to be a gateway to all of the courts in Fulton County. The judges and staff of all courts are committed to serving the public by providing fair and efficient proceedings that foster public trust and confidence in the judicial system. Consistent with this philosophy, we have designed this site to give you useful, practical information about courts and how to access their services.
 
Now a bit about the Superior Court of Fulton County. Our Court consists of nineteen elected judges. It is also known as the Atlanta Circuit which comprises Georgia’s 5th Judicial District -  the only single-circuit Judicial District in Georgia. Our Court is the busiest trial court of general jurisdiction in the State of Georgia. Superior Court judges hear administrative appeals and preside over civil, major criminal, and domestic relations cases.
